🔄 Returns

✔️ To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

✔️ Important: We do not accept returns on certain items, such as:

Personal care and hygiene items (e.g., cosmetics, grooming products)

Customized or made-to-order products

Digital products (if applicable)

💰 Refunds
✔️ Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund.
✔️ If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
✔️ Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part.

🛃 International Orders
✔️ We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without it.

🚚 Damaged or Incorrect Items

✔️ We will arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

🛑 Non-Returnable Items

✔️ Sale or clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
